We offer two Japanese drum experiences: one from Kyoto and one in Osaka（Takatsuki station）.
This is the meeting place from Kyoto not in Osaka.
★Meeting point for TAIKO, Japanese Drum Experience from Kyoto
Central Ticket Gate of JR kyoto station (NOT Shinkansen Central Ticket Gate)
Details: The meeting point is on the north side of JR Kyoto Station, where you can see Kyoto Tower. It is located on the ground.Kyoto Station is a large building with entrances on both the north and south sides. The central ticket gate is located roughly in the middle of the north side. Since Kyoto Station is spacious, please arrive early to check the meeting point.
★Coming by JR, Exit through Central Exit.
★Coming by subway, Please be sure to exit through Central 1 ticket Gate. After exiting it, take Exit 6 to the ground level. On the ground level, you see Kyoto Tower on your right and JR Kyoto Station building on your left. Please walk along the Kyoto Station building for about 100 meters. You can find the central ticket gate on your left side.
★Coming by taxi, Please show the driver the following in Japanese:
"京都駅の北側のタクシーおりばにつけてください."
This means: Please go to the taxi stand on the north side of Kyoto Station,
