Kyo-Navi is located very close to the west entrance ticket gate of JR Kyoto Station. If you ask station staff at the west entrance where “Kyo-Navi” is, they can easily point it out to you.
On the second floor of Kyoto Station, there’s a pedestrian walkway on the north side that leads directly to “Kyo-Navi.” Since there are several information centers around the station, please be
careful not to go to the wrong one. The meeting point is the information center called “Kyo-Navi.”
